Healthy Strawberry Milkshake |

This is a healthy version of a strawberry shake! Adapted from Vegetarian Times magazine. This could be Canadian or acually African too. Ingredients:
1/2 cup frozen strawberries |
1 cup milk |
1/4 cup soft tofu (or use ice cream if you don't want the soy) |
1 tablespoon frozen orange juice concentrate |
1 tablespoon ground flax seed (optional) |
2 teaspoons wheat germ (optional) |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in the blender. Process until smooth anad frothy. 2. Pour into a tall glass, and drink immediately. Enjoy! |
