Healthy Spinach Dip for Veggies |

A very simple dip to make. Serve with fresh-cut vegetables or pita chips, or spread on a sandwich. Ingredients:
10 ounces frozen chopped spinach, thawed |
16 ounces plain no-fat greek yogurt |
1 ounce vegetable soup mix, such as lipton brand (a dry mix) |
Directions:
1. In dish towel, squeeze out all remaining water from spinach. 2. Mix all ingredients and let the flavors have time to marry together - an hour or two if possible. |
