Healthy Southern Style Collard Greens |

Authentic taste of southern style collard greens, remade into a healthy side dish. Ingredients:
2 bunches of collard greens, leaves stripped and cut into thin strips. |
vegetable bouillon |
1 tsp. crushed garlic |
1/3 cup bacuns, cooked turkey bacon or soy bacon bits |
2 tsp. liquid smoke, hickory flavor |
water to cover greens |
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients in a large pot and bring to a boil. Lower heat to low, cover and simmer 45 or until leaves are tender but not mushy. |
