no guilt beakfast and snack! healthy quick, they taste great and are great for you. Ingredients:
2 cups flour, i use 1 cup spelt one cup whole wheat |
1 cup rolled oats |
1 tsp salt |
2 tsp baking soda |
1/4 cup sugar |
1/4 cup veg oil |
1 1/2 cup applesauce of your choice, i use apple peach |
1 cup yougart |
1 egg |
1 cup of orange or coconut juice |
1 cup milk |
1/2 cup chopped nuts, i use pitstachio or flax seed |
one large carrot grated |
1/2 cup coconut |
Directions:
1. mix all dry ingredients and then add all wet, stir till mixed 2. pour into muffin paper lined muffin tins and bake at 350* till slightly brown cool and and enjoy! makes a big batch, last for about a week of breakfast and snacks at my house |
