THESE MUFFINS TASTE LIKE THEY ARE MADE WITH LOTS OF BUTTER AND SXUGAR THEY ARE REALLY TASTY Ingredients:
3/4 rolled oats |
1 cup flour i used half spelt half wheat flour |
2 tsp baking soda |
1 egg |
2 ripe bannanas smashed |
1/2 cup applesauce |
1/4 cup veg oil |
1/4 cup sugar |
1/4 cup honey |
1tblsp molasses |
pinch salt |
1 cup milk |
1/2 cup chocolate chips |
optional; 1/2 cup coconut or nuts of your chioce |

1. MIX WET AND ADD TO DRY, BAKE AT 350 IN LINED BAKING CUPS |
