Healthy Sauteed Zucchini Squash, Radishes, and Jalapenos |

I just threw this together with what I had from the garden, and it actually tasted pretty good! Ingredients:
1 summer squash, yellow |
1 green zucchini |
6 radishes |
1 large jalapeno |
1 pinch salt |
3 tablespoons olive oil |
Directions:
1. slice all of the veggies on a mandolin slicer. 2. mix all veggies in a bowl with salt and oil. 3. This can be made on the stove in a frying pan or on the grill in a perforated grilling bowl. I prefer the grilling method. I cook them until they are just barely soft so they aren't mushy. You can adjust amount of veggies and change which veggies you use. |
