Healthy Rice Spinach Salad

I didn't think I would like this. Recipe from my sis and it is good. :-)
Ingredients:
1 1/2 teas salt (divided)
1 1/2 cups cooked long grain rice
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teas fresh oregano, minced
1/4 teas ground black pepper
1/8 to 1/4 teas red pepper flakes
2 cups chopped spinach leaves
1 red bell pepper, finely chopped
1/2 cup chopped green onion
1/2 cup chopped kalmata olives (green are ok and you can use black)
1 cup crumbled feta cheese
Directions:
1. In medium pan, bring 2 1/2 cups water to boil. dd 1/2 teas salt, and the rice. Turn heat to low, cover and simmer 15 minutes. Remove from heat, let sit 5 minutes, uncover and fluff with fork.
2. Whisk lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, oregano, pepper, red pepper flakes, and remaining 1 teas salt in large bowl.
3. Add rice and toss to combine.
4. Add spinach, toss, let sit about 20 minutes.
5. Add remaining ingredients and toss. Serve cold or at room temperature.
