2 ounces raspberries (fresh or frozen) |
2 ounces . orange juice |
2 ounces plain yogurt |
1 ounce flax powder or 1 ounce wheat germ |
2 ounces ice |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. 2. Garnish with a few raspberries. |
