Healthy Raspberry ice Cream |

A healthier alternative for those of us who love ice cream! Ingredients:
1 cup raspberries |
1/2 cup strawberry |
1/2 cup blueberries |
1/2 cup pomegranate juice (or other fruit juice if desired) |
3 (1 teaspoon) packets stevia powder (sweetleaf is a good brand) |
1 cup almond milk |
1 cup skim milk |
1/4 cup raspberry protein powder (1 scoop, i used spiru-tein but you can probably substitute another brand if desired) |
1/2 teaspoon flax seed (optional) |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend well. Pour into freezer container and freeze. |
