I try to work out in the mornings, and this is a light breakfast that won't bog me down but gives me the energy to get through the work out. Ingredients:
1/2 cup fat free greek yogurt |
1/2 apple |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
1 -2 teaspoon agave nectar |
Directions:
1. chop the apple. 2. combine all ingredients in a bowl. 3. eat! |
