Healthy Protein Cookies low-fat & high protein Ingredients:
6 egg whites ( 3/4 cup) |
1 cup unsweetened apple sauce |
2 tbsps water |
1 tsp vanilla extract |
2 tbsps peanut butter, all natural |
1 cup oats |
3/4 cup wheat bran |
4 scoops whey protein, chocolate flavour (124 g) |
2 tsps cinnamon |
1/2 cup goji beries |
Directions:
1. (substitute goji berries with any dried fruit craisins, raisins, figs, prunes, apricots and add a handful of pumpkin seeds if you like a crunch) 2. Mix all ingredients together and scoop onto parchment paper lined cookie sheet 3. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes |
