Here's a recipe for Healthy Pie Crust - it's quite flaky, and a bit more difficult to roll out than others (I found it worked better after being chilled a bit). Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups flour |
1 teaspoon salt |
2/3 cup canola oil |
1/3 cup skim milk |
Directions:
1. Combine oil with flour and salt . 2. Drizzle with milk. 3. This makes 2 crusts, or one top and one bottom Enjoy! Cindy |
