This is my twist on several different pb dips that I've tried. This is so easy and delicious. It reminds me of the filling for peanut butter pie in a chocolate crust. My kids beg for more of this stuff and the best part is that it is healthy! Ingredients:
1/2 cup peanut butter |
1 cup cool whip |
1 cup non-fat vanilla yogurt |
Directions:
1. Whisk all the ingredients together in a large bowl. 2. Serve chilled with fruit, pretzels, cookies, or whatever sounds good to you. |
