Healthy Peanut Butter Cookies |

A great energy booster, loaded with protein. Great taste and good for you, too. Ingredients:
1/2 cup oil |
1 cup honey |
1/3 cup peanut butter |
2 eggs, beaten |
1/2 cup non-fat powdered milk |
2 teaspoons baking powder |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
1/2 teaspoon mace |
1/4 teaspoon clove |
1/2 cup rolled oats |
1/2 cup raisins |
3/4 cup whole wheat flour |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. 2. In a large bowl beat the oil and honey with electric mixer till creamy and light. 3. Add peanut butter and continue beating. 4. Beat in the eggs, dry milk, baking powder, salt and spices. 5. By hand stir in the oats, raisins and whole wheat flour. 6. Be sure that everything is well blended. 7. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet. 8. Bake 10 to 12 minutes, or till done. |
