Vegetables can be added or subtracted according to taste and/or availability. Ingredients:
8 ounces pasta, any kind |
2 cups broccoli, raw or lightly steamed |
2 cups spinach, torn |
1/2 cup black olives, whole or sliced |
1 small cucumber, sliced |
1/2 small onion, chopped |
1 red bell pepper, sliced |
1 teaspoon black pepper, to taste |
3/4-1 cup red wine and vinegar salad dressing or 3/4-1 cup balsamic vinaigrette or 3/4-1 cup italian salad dressing |
Directions:
1. prepare pasta. 2. combine all ingredients into large bowl. 3. add dressing. 4. chill. 5. enjoy. |
