This is a moist, healthy pancake. It gives you carbs and protien all in one, perfect way to start the day. Ingredients:
3 egg whites |
1/4 c. cottage cheese |
1/2 c. oatmeal |
1 tsp. cinnamon |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in blender, blend until mixture is smooth. Pour into frying pan or electric skillet and cook on each side (like you would for a normal pancake). 2. Top with lite syrup. |
