i saw this in a cookery show this is very satisfying meal-drink for people who diet. you never feel hungry for a very long time.
Ingredients:
1 cup instant oats
1 ripe banana
2 cups low-fat milk
2 teaspoons honey
Directions:
1. In a mixer add all above ingredients and blend till a smooth drink is obtained.
2. If required add more skimmed milk to adjust the consistency.
3. Serve chilled.
