Healthy Oatmeal Walnut Bread (For the Bread Machine)

Quite tasty! Starting it the night before gives the yeast lots of time to work. The oatmeal makes it soft and tender. Try one tsp of yeast for even more rise
Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups water
1/2 teaspoon yeast
1 cup wheat flour, whole grain
2 cups wheat flour, whole grain
1/2 cup rolled oats
2 tablespoons gluten
1/2 cup walnut halves
2 tablespoons powdered milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 tablespoons oil
2 tablespoons honey
Directions:
1. Add water, yeast, and 1 cup flour to bread pan. Mix 10 minutes. Turn off/reset machine
2. Add rest of ingredients in order given
3. Program machine for to be finished the next morning (I used 'quick white' setting, 1 1/2 LB loaf, light crust). Press start
4. Wake up to delicious bread!
