Healthy No Bake Protein Cookies

Delicious high protein snack and good for you!
Ingredients:
1 cup crunchy peanut butter
1 cup honey
1 cup oatmeal
1 cup dried fruit
3/4 cup sliced almonds
3 scoops chocolate whey protein powder
cinnamon (optional)
Directions:
1. Heat peanut butter and honey in microwave until runny, then add all else. Mix well, form into balls and cool.
2. I used a combination of dried cherries and dried apricots. You could use anything that you like.
