1 cup oatmeal |
1/8 cup toasted wheat germ |
1/8 cup flax seed meal |
1/8 cup flax seed |
1/2 cup protein powder |
1/4 cup graham flour |
1/4 cup all-purpose flour |
1/8 cup splenda brown sugar blend |
1/8 cup splenda granular, artificial sweetener |
1 1/4 teaspoons baking powder |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
1 egg |
1 1/2 tablespoons oil |
1/4 cup buttermilk |
1 cup carrot, pulp (may omit) |
1 cup nuts |
1/2 cup raisins |
1/2 cup applesauce |
1 banana |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 & grease cookie sheet. 2. Mix dry ingredients in small bowl. 3. Mix other ingredients in medium bowl. 4. Mix together. 5. Drop by spoonful onto cookie sheet. 6. Bake for 15-20 minutes. |
