Ingredients:
2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 cups shredded chinese cabbage
2 cups bean sprouts
4 cups sliced mushrooms
1 cup chicken, diced
4 mandarin pancakes
Directions:
1. In a small bowl combine hoisin and 1 Tb water.
2. Heat oil in skillet and sauté cabbage, sprouts and mushrooms for 5 – 7 minutes.
3. Stir in chicken and sauce and cook minutes more.
