Energy Density 1.1 Ingredients:
2 tablespoons hoisin sauce |
1 tablespoon vegetable oil |
2 cups shredded chinese cabbage |
2 cups bean sprouts |
4 cups sliced mushrooms |
1 cup chicken, diced |
4 mandarin pancakes |
Directions:
1. In a small bowl combine hoisin and 1 Tb water. 2. Heat oil in skillet and sauté cabbage, sprouts and mushrooms for 5 – 7 minutes. 3. Stir in chicken and sauce and cook minutes more. |
