An easy, healthy way to start the day. Very satisfying!! Ingredients:
1/3 cup old fashioned oats |
2/3 cup water |
1 medium banana |
4 tablespoons 1% low-fat milk |
2 tablespoons low-fat peanut butter |
cinnamon |
Directions:
1. Put oats in a microwave safe bowl. Pour in water and microwave as directed. Once done, take out of the microwave and thinly slice the banana into the mix. Mash/stir. Add in the peanut butter, milk and cinnamon. Mix until desired consistency. EAT! :). |
