Healthy Mayo and Choco-Chip Muffins

I loved this muffin recipe so much I refused to give it up. The original recipe had 260 calories per muffin, and I managed to reduce it to 150 (to my calcs; the site is usually off) without sacrificing much of the taste or texture. Now I can almost have 2 muffins for the price of 1 ;) haah, not really.
Ingredients:
1 cup flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
2 tablespoons wheat bran
1/4 cup splenda brown sugar blend
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 cup skim milk (i use soy milk)
1/4 cup margarine (melted)
2 tablespoons applesauce
3 tablespoons light mayonnaise or 3 tablespoons yogurt
1/4 cup chocolate chips (dark chocolate is best, imo)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract (try to get the real stuff, artificial can't compare)
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 (F).
2. PAM a 12-cup muffin pan and set aside.
3. Mix all the dry ingredients together.
4. Add the wet ingredients (milk last) and mix.
5. Spoon into cups and bake for 25 minutes.
6. Allow to cool at least 10 minutes before serving.
