Ingredients:
8 ounce(s) wholewheat rotini |
6 ounce(s) frozen butternut squash |
1 cup(s) shredded reduced fat cheddar cheese |
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt |
1/4 teaspoon(s) dry mustard |
1 tablespoon(s) parmesan cheese |
1 tablespoon(s) bread crumbs |
1/2 cup(s) fat free milk |
Directions:
1. Prepare pasta according to instructions. In medium saucepan, simmer 1/2 cup milk with butternut squash until combined. Remove from heat and mix with 1 c shredded cheese, salt and pepper, mustard. Pour drained pasta into 8 x 8 baking dish, stir in cheese mixture, and top with Parmesan and breadcrumbs. Bake at 375 for 20 mins. 2. Serves 4 |
