Consistency will be thinner than the original, but the taste should be the same. Ingredients:
1 tablespoon dried onion |
1/4 teaspoon dried basil |
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme |
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder |
1 tablespoon dried parsley |
1 dash pepper |
1/2 teaspoon salt (optional) |
1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt |
1/2 cup reduced-calorie mayonnaise |
1 pint buttermilk (470 ml) |
Directions:
1. Blend all the seasoning together with the yogurt and mayonnaise. 2. Add the buttermilk and blend well. 3. Keeps (refrigerated) for several weeks. |
