Yummy whole wheat cookies with craisins! Modified recipe from a Kashi box
Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter
1 tablespoon honey
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
3/4 cup whole wheat cereal, crushed
1 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/3 cup dried cranberries
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in order listed(cream butter/honey, etc).
2. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet.
3. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes or until edges are browned.
