Healthy hummus, South Beach Recipe, Delicious Ingredients:
450 gram chickpeas |
250 gram butter beans |
6 tbsp fresh lemon juice |
30 gram sundried tomatoes |
1 cup plain yogurt |
6 tbsp olive oil |
1 salt |
1 teaspoon cumin powder |
Directions:
1. put all ingredients in rondo, 2. mix them to paste 3. dress with sundried tomato oil 4. enjoy! |
