Hommus Dip made with natural yoghurt Ingredients:
1 (14 ounce) can chickpeas |
200 g plain low-fat yogurt |
2 garlic cloves |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
paprika |
Directions:
1. Combine chick peas and half of the yoghurt in a food processor or blender with the garlic. 2. Blend. 3. Add more yoghurt and blend in lemon until the dip is a smooth consistency. |
