Healthy Homemade Meatballs |

This is a recipe my husband's mom makes. I have modified it to be lower calories than normal meatballs. Ingredients:
1 onion, chopped |
2 slices low-calorie bread, crumbled |
1/3 cup egg substitute |
1 lb 90% lean ground beef |
1 teaspoon italian seasoning |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. 2. Form into balls. 3. Place in large skillet and cook on medium heat covered for 15 minutes. 4. Turn meatballs periodically to prevent burning. |
