Healthy Grilled Tuna and Flax Wrap |

This was a delicious surprise! I experiment alot, and love eating healthy and simple. Everyone will enjoy this wrap I'm sure. Add some crisp apple wedges to make a perfectly light lunch or dinner. Ingredients:
2 whole grain tortillas |
1/2 cup fat free refried beans |
1 celery (diced) |
4 tablespoons mustard |
2 tablespoons flax seeds or 2 tablespoons flax meal |
1 (5 ounce) can tuna |
Directions:
1. Take the two tortillas and spread the refried beans evenly on each one. 2. put the celery, tuna, mustard, and flax and mix lightly in a small bowl. 3. on one side of the tortillas, put the tuna salad on each and fold gently like a big soft taco. 4. place the wraps on a hot non-stick pan and grill them until they are browned beautifully and the kitchen smells wonderful! |
