Yummy in my tummy (and extremely healthy for you) smoothie! Get your kids to eat their fruits and veggies w/out the torture of dinner time drama. You can make many variations of this to include your favorite fruit and green . Have fun with it!!!!! Ingredients:
1/2 cup frozen mango chunks |
1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks |
1/2 cup baby spinach leaves |
4 ounces greek yogurt (i used the one with strawberry fruit at the bottom) |
1/4 cup water (to thin as needed) |
Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients together in a blender. 2. Pour into glass and enjoy! |
