Healthy Granola With Wheat Germ |

yummy granola that is good for you too. Ingredients:
10 cups old fashioned oats |
2 cups raisins |
1 cup flax seed |
2 cups whole wheat flour |
2 cups wheat germ |
2 cups shredded coconut |
2 cups sliced almonds |
4 tablespoons vanilla |
1/2 cup water |
2 1/2 cups honey |
1 cup oil |
Directions:
1. mix all dry ingredients in a larg bowl. mix wet ingredients in a sperate bowl. add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and combine well. spread onto 2 cookie sheets with edges (the the granola doesn't fall off the sides). bake at 250 degrees for 2 hours stiring every 15 minutes. store in a tightly sealed covered container to keep it crunchy. |
