This tasty recipe comes from St. Mary's Hospital's Eat Hearty program. Good and good for you! I'm estimating on the cook time here. Ingredients:
10 ounces stewed chicken breasts |
3/4 cup celery |
1 cup grapes |
1 1/8 cups canned pineapple |
2 tablespoons almonds |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 cup fat free sour cream |
1 tablespoon fat-free mayonnaise |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together. 2. Chill and serve. |
