Healthy Fruit and Nut Squares

A very easy, versatile, low fat, low sugar recipe that is surprisingly good. Could be gluten free if GF baking mix was used. I am tempted to add some dark chocolate chips but have resisted so far!
Ingredients:
3 cups mixed dried fruit (raisins, sultanas, dried apricots, cherries, peel etc)
1 cup nuts, and seeds of your choice (almonds. hazelnuts, pumpkin seeds, sesame etc)
2 tablespoons whole meal flour or 2 tablespoons any baking mix
3 eggs
Directions:
1. Mix and press into greased shallow lamington tin, cook for 30 mins 180°C Cut into squares when cold.
