A yummy, healthy way to enjoy fruit. my family gives it a thumbs up. I hope you enjoy it just as much as we do. Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups yogurt |
1 large banana |
1/4 cup milk |
2 cups frozen strawberries |
1 cup frozen peaches |
1 tablespoon honey |
Directions:
1. Put in yogurt, honey, 1 whole banana, and milk into the blender. 2. Blend in blender for a minute. 3. Put frozen strawberries and peaches inches. 4. Blend well until there are no chunks 5. Last enjoy! |
