Healthy Flourless Butterscotch Brownies |

Ingredients:
1/4 cup margarine, melted (or butter) |
1 tablespoon molasses |
3/4 cup sugar |
2 eggs, beaten |
2 teaspoons vanilla |
10 tablespoons dry skim milk powder |
1/2 teaspoon baking powder |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1 cup wheat germ |
1/2 cup chopped walnuts |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 2. In a bowl, combine melted margarine, molasses, sugar, eggs and vanilla. 3. Stir well. 4. In a separate bowl, combine milk powder, baking powder and salt. 5. Stir into first mixture. 6. Add wheat germ and walnuts. 7. Stir just enough to blend. 8. Spread in lightly greased 8 x 8 inch baking pan. 9. Bake 30 minutes. |
