4 cups sliced cucumbers |
1/2 cup sliced white onion |
1/2 cup fat free ranch dressing |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/8 teaspoon black pepper |
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine cucumbers and onions. 2. Pour dressing over cucumbers and onions. 3. Add salt and black pepper. 4. Stir gently to combine. 5. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours. |
