Tasty and delicious, does not need baking. Ingredients:
1/4 cup cocoa powder |
3 tablespoons maple syrup |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
1 teaspoon ginger |
3 tablespoons tahini |
3 tablespoons butter |
1/2 cup currants |
1/3 cup coconut |
1 cup pecans, ground |
1/2 cup wheat germ |
Directions:
1. Melt butter, add tahini, cocoa powder, cinnamon, ginger and maple syrup. 2. Then add the remaining ingredients. 3. Place the mixture into a 9' round pan and press firmly. 4. Refrigerate and cut. |
