Low Sodium, Low Fat Ingredients:
16 oz lite coconut milk |
2 chicken breast |
2 tbls brown sugar |
1 cup green peas |
1 cup bamboo shoots |
2 tbls curry paste |
1 cup brown rice |
Directions:
1. Cook Rice as normal 2. Brown Chicken in pan 3. Simmer Coconut milk 4. blend in curry paste 5. add 1 cup green peas 6. blend in brown sugar 7. 1 tsp of fish sauce 8. simmer 15 min 9. Serve over brown rice |
