I'm always in search of lower calorie recipes that taste just as good. This is a great recipe for an easy and quick snack. Ingredients:
1/2 cup cucumber, sliced |
4 tablespoons hummus |
16 reduced-fat crackers (i use wheat thins) |
1/4 cup green olives, sliced |
Directions:
1. Slice cucumber and green olives up. 2. Spread a little bit of hummus on each cracker. 3. Top with cucumber and green olives. 4. Multiply ingredients for more people as an appetizer. |
