Ingredients:
1 cup cucumber (not peeled) |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
1/2 cup plain fat-free yogurt |
1/4 cup low-fat mayonnaise |
1 teaspoon dijon mustard |
1 teaspoon onion powder |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together. 2. Cover and chill, serve cold with seafood. |
