Cheesy Crock Pot Chicken recipe using low fat or fat free ingredients & without cheese. Still tastes great!
Ingredients:
54 oz boneless skinless chicken breast
16 oz fat free sour cream
10 3/4 oz (campbell's) healthy request cream of chicken soup
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Directions:
1. Clean all 6 chicken breasts before cooking.
2. If chicken is frozen, cook in crockpot on high for 3 hours. Then, add other ingredients and cook for an additional 3 hours on high.
3. If chicken is thawed, add all ingredients in crockpot and cook 3-4 hrs on high.
4. Stir and serve over brown rice or Stove Top stuffing.
