Ingredients:
1 (6 ounce) container light vanilla yogurt
1 -2 cup ice
3/4 cup skim milk
2 -3 oranges, peeled
1 tablespoon splenda sugar substitute
1 -2 tablespoon vanilla extract
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients in blender and blend.
