1 (6 ounce) container light vanilla yogurt |
1 -2 cup ice |
3/4 cup skim milk |
2 -3 oranges, peeled |
1 tablespoon splenda sugar substitute |
1 -2 tablespoon vanilla extract |
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients in blender and blend. |
