Ingredients:
1/3 cup(s) unsweetened applesauce |
2 tablespoon(s) almond paste |
1 tablespoon(s) flaxseed oil |
10 package(s) truvia |
1/4 cup(s) agave nectar |
1 eggs |
1/2 teaspoon(s) vanilla |
3/4 cup(s) whole wheat flour |
1/2 teaspoon(s) baking soda |
1 teaspoon(s) cinnamon |
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt |
1/4 teaspoon(s) black pepper |
1/2 cup(s) vanilla whey powder |
2 cup(s) oats |
1 cup(s) dried cranberries |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Beat together applesauce, almond paste, flaxseed oil, Truvia and agave nectar. Beat in egg and vanilla. Mix well. Add flour, baking soda, salt, pepper and whey powder. Beat thoroughly. Stir in oats and cranberries. Mix well. Drop the batter by large tablespoons onto a cookie sheet that has been sprayed with vegetable cooking spray. Divide dough so that you have 18 cookies. Bake 16-18 minutes or until brown. Remove from oven and cool cookies on a rack. Store in a plastic container. |
