Healthy Cocoa Banana Bread

Awesome banana bread. Healthy, filling, great for breakfast, desert or a snack. Perfect use for over ripe bananas.
Ingredients:
1 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup all bran extra fiber
1/4 cup wheat bran
2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa
3 overripe bananas
2 egg whites
1/4 cup apple sauce
1/5 cup canola oil
3 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 cup pure cane sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp cinnamon
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
2. In a large bowl, mash together all wet ingredients
3. In a seperate bowl, mix together dry ingredients
4. Gradually mix dry ingredients into wet
5. Pour into silicone loaf pan and bake for 50 minutes
6. Let cool before cutting or removing from pan
