a weight lifter's variation of the deceptively delicious fondue Ingredients:
1 tablespoon coconut oil |
1/2 cup avocado |
1/2 cup carrot |
1/2 cup cocoa powder |
1 scoop chocolate protein powder |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
3/4 cup powdered sugar |
Directions:
1. mash the avocado. 2. steam and puree the carrots down to 1/4 C. 3. warm the coconut oil until it melts. 4. add the avocado & carrot purees. 5. add sugar, cocoa powder, protein powder, and vanilla. 6. whisk until smooth. |
