Healthy Chocolate Chip Cookies |

These are a delicious alternative to the traditional sugar and fat loaded cookies. A wonderfully sweet chocolate chip cookie you can eat without guilt! Ingredients:
1/2 cup splenda granular |
1/4 cup brown sugar, packed |
1/4 cup margarine, softened |
2 teaspoons vanilla |
1 egg white |
1/2 cup all-purpose flour |
1/2 cup whole wheat flour |
1/2 teaspoon baking soda |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/2 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 375°F. 2. Mix sugars, margarine, vanilla, and egg white in large bowl. 3. Stir in flour, baking soda, and salt. Stir in chocolate chips. 4. Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls about 2-inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet. 5. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown. 6. Cool slightly; remove from cookie sheet. Cool on wire rack. |
