This is a recipe for a healthy version of chocolate cake. Ingredients:
1 cup pumpkin |
1/3 cup cocoa powder |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1 teaspoon stevia |
5 eggs |
2 cups almond flour |
Directions:
1. Mix first 6 ingredients with electric mixer on medium. Then add the eggs and mix on high. Add almond flour and mix. Put in a buttered 7 x 9 baking pan. Cook at 350 F for 25 - 30 minute. |
