Healthy Chicken Wing Salad

instead of blue cheese dressing and celery on the the side of chicken wings, I mixed it all up and was very pleased
Ingredients:
1 -2 stalk celery
1 tablespoon red onion, thinly slice
1 teaspoon bell pepper
4 ounces boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 tablespoons blue cheese (reduced fat)
2 tablespoons plain fat-free yogurt
1/8 teaspoon chili powder
salt
pepper
Directions:
1. cook chicken, or use left over bite sizes.
2. mix yogurt and blue cheese together.
3. chop veggies.
4. mix all together.
5. add salt and pepper to taste.
