I got this recipe from Oxygen Magazine. It is very easy to make and very good for you. Ingredients:
1 lb cooked boneless skinless chicken breast |
1/2 cup mustard |
1/2 cup dill relish |
1/2 cup chopped scallion |
1 teaspoon dill weed |
1 teaspoon garlic powder |
1 teaspoon pepper |
2 slices whole wheat bread or 2 slices toast |
lettuce |
tomato |
Directions:
1. Shred chicken in a food processor and mix in seasonings. 2. Serve on bread with lettuce and tomato. |
